When is the deadline to finish USMLE exams for applying for 2008 residency programs? - usmle cs

I just finished testing and preparation for Step 1 Step 2 CK & CS. I wonder if there is a deadline for the completion of the three entrance exams or a party, or go to individual hospitals. Thank you in advance for your reply.
