What is better/safer to trade out of spread betting or options trading and is recommended for a UK resident? - spread betting trading

I'm 18 and I want one of the instruments of investments to choose the outside of the spread of Paris sports trading or trading in shares. I know too much about the distribution of Paris, and trading in options and some of their strategies ossociated. I had spread to Paris in practice and I am 116% since I have 4-5 weeks. I read a book called "How to make money exchanges" with the man of the program of millions of dollars-TV operator, Lex Van Dam, or something done, and in the book, which suggested that options should another person so few people who really money with options trading. What do I need to know which options trades or on the edge of Paris, ideally, is a resident in the UK is appropriate and safer for the trade and the best practices for a residence in the United Kingdom? Please give me a reasonable answer is because it will be much appreciated. Thank you.

PS Sorry its so long.

Straight. There is no easier or more difficult to exchange on various types of instruments. Basically, you have to be behind the movement. Do you know that BP is up. If you fall, you lose money on an instrument that trade.

Paris on the margins is certainly the best for an investor based in Britain, the gains are not taxed and are taxed on their income from the options on capital gains.

what you describe, the game will not invest, and no way to still make money - it is likely that in real life - probably more to gain than to lose something like that
